Returns:

Personalized Items: 

Custom products with personalized designs or text we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or sizing issues unless there is a defect or error on our part. Please carefully review the sizing charts and mock-ups before finalizing your order. 

Defective or Damaged Products:

Covered
If your order arrives with a defect or damage (e.g., printing flaws, fabric damage), please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photos and a description of the issue. We will contact you for a quick satisfactory resolution.

Not Covered
Amacor Printz will not be held responsible for parcels lost, damaged or delayed during transport.
Shipping insurance is recommended. Requests for shipping insurance must be indicated on all purchase orders. Insured value must be above 100$.

Incorrect Order:

If you receive the wrong item or size, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will contact you for a quick satisfactory resolution.

Return Shipping:

For returns due to our errors (defective, damaged, or incorrect order), we will cover the return shipping costs. 

Refunds:

Full Refund:

We offer a full refund for defective, damaged, or incorrect orders, as long as the return process is initiated within the specified timeframe.

Refund Processing:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt and notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 14 days days. 

Partial Refunds:

In some cases, we may offer a partial refund if the item is not suitable, but is in good condition.

Shipping Policy

Shipping fees are added to your invoice and are based on weight, dimensions and postal code.

We select the courier offering the most competitive rate at the time your order is shipped.

Requests for shipping insurance must be indicated on all purchase orders. If not requested to do so, Amacor Printz will not be held responsible for parcels lost, damaged or delayed during transport. Insured value must be above 100$.

• Express Shipping:
  For faster delivery, we offer express shipping , with typical delivery times of 1-2 business days after processing. 
• International Shipping:
  We also ship internationally, with delivery times varying depending on the destination country and carrier. Please contact us for a shipping quote for international orders.

  Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order and your shipping address. 
• International Shipping:

Custom Garment Decoration and Customization Pricing

The final price for custom garment decoration services is based on several factors, including the complexity of the design, the number of colors, the method of decoration (such as embroidery, screen printing, or heat transfer), and the quantity of garments ordered. Customization prices are provided at the time of order, and any changes to the order after it has been placed may impact the final price.

Price Reductions and Promotions

From time to time, we may offer promotional discounts or price reductions on custom garment orders. These promotions will be clearly communicated on our website or via email. Any discounts or special pricing are valid only during the specified promotion period and are not applicable to previous orders. Discounts will be automatically applied at checkout if eligible, but cannot be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated.

In the event of an incorrect price being displayed for any custom garment or decoration service, we reserve the right to correct the price before processing the order. If a price correction is necessary after your order has been placed, we will notify you of the error. You will then have the option to either accept the corrected price or cancel the order, with a full refund issued in the case of cancellation.
