Digital proofs & approvals

Digital proofs are provided for the purpose of approving logo dimensions and location(s). Images shown will not be to scale and should only be used as a guide.

Customer must supply Amacor Printz with image(s) of the item(s) to decorate. If images are not supplied, the proof will show the logo and dimensions only. Standard industry positioning will be applied.

All customers approvals must be submitted in writing.

All tracking numbers for inbound merchandise must be supplied within 24 hours as to not to delay your order.

All proofs must be approved within 24 hours of receipt in order to honor your in-hand date unless a rush order has been approved.

All merchandise must be received 7-10 business days prior to your confirmed in-hand date.


Amacor Printz does not verify distributor supplied merchandise for style(s)/size(s)/color(s) unless the option to do so has been selected and will not be held liable for inconsistences found and/or delays that may occur as a result of said inconsistencies.  

Shipping fees are added to your invoice and are based on weight, dimensions and postal code.

Unless otherwise specified on your purchase order, our standard shipping method is Purolator Express.

Requests for shipping insurance must be indicated on all purchase orders. If not requested to do so, Amacor Printz will not be held responsible for parcels lost, damaged or delayed during transport. Insured value must be above 100$.
