Returns:
Personalized Items:
Custom products with personalized designs or text we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or sizing issues unless there is a defect or error on our part. Please carefully review the sizing charts and mock-ups before finalizing your order.
Defective or Damaged Products:

If your order arrives with a defect or damage (e.g., printing flaws, fabric damage), please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photos and a description of the issue. We will contact you for a quick satisfactory resolution.
Not Covered
Amacor Printz will not be held responsible for parcels lost, damaged or delayed during transport.
Shipping insurance is recommended. Requests for shipping insurance must be indicated on all purchase orders. Insured value must be above 100$.
Incorrect Order:
If you receive the wrong item or size, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will contact you for a quick satisfactory resolution.
Return Shipping:
For returns due to our errors (defective, damaged, or incorrect order), we will cover the return shipping costs.
